Why Exhibit

Why Exhibit

1- UNPARALLELED SALES & MARKETING OPPORTUNITY:

The Coffee and Chocolate Expo, with an attendance of over 10,000 chocolate lovers and coffee aficionados, presents a unique sales and marketing opportunity for exhibitors and sponsors, both big and small. We design the festival with one goal – to create a atmosphere in which industry buyers and consumers can learn about, sample, and purchase your products. With the added value of cooking demos, live entertainment and lounges to sit and enjoy purchased products, attendees are encouraged to stay for a while leading to greater sales opportunities.

2- OUR COMMITTMENT TO YOUR BUSINESS:

To reflect our commitment to growing your business, we continue to invite industry buyers to attend for free. we will offered all members of the JFDA and Restaurant Association to free admission to get to know local purveyors of chocolates, coffees, teas and baked goods.
We also work to promote your business before, during and well after the festival. By providing each vendor with emails of attendees, vendors are given direct access to attendees and a means to contact them for years to come.

3- SAMPLING IS THE BEST SALESPERSON:

It is a proven fact that the vendors who provide samples are those that make the greatest sales.
We are aware of the significant cost of sampling your product(s). This is one of the reason we keep the booth fees low. We also state that sampling is at the discretion of the vendor, but we strongly encourage all vendors to sample in the most cost effective manner. I.e. Do not offer samples of all of your products, only those which are the easiest and most cost effective to produce. Sample sizes are also at your discretion. You can also offer samples of various time of day to draw attendees back to your booth. But fact is, samples allow you to engage potential customers in a way nothing else can.

4- Marketing Plan:

With over 10 years of marketing experience, Events consultant will again put together an aggressive and comprehensive marketing campaign utilizing print, radio, television, outdoor, social media, strategic partnerships, grass roots, PR and just about anything and everything to get the word out – and the people in.
